Available for dispatch within 24 hours from the closest WASC location, WESCAM’s Field Support Representatives (FSRs) are ready to respond rapidly to customer calls and on-site repairs.

WESCAM’s FSRs are factory-trained technicians, experienced in performing diagnostics and repairs anywhere in the world.

To dispatch an FSR immediately, please follow the process outlined below:

  2. Have your serial # and/or part # available so the technician can pull needed records from the system.
  3. If possible, have a copy of the error codes you’ve encountered or be able to explain the error you’re encountering.
