Field Service Team

Available for dispatch within 24 hours from the closest Authorized Service Center location, our Field Support Representatives (FSRs) are ready to respond rapidly to customer calls and on-site repairs.WESCAM’s FSRs are factory-trained technicians, experienced in performing diagnostics and repairs anywhere in the world.

To dispatch an FSR immediately, please follow the process outlined below:

  1. Call or email L3 WESCAM Customer Service

  2. Have your serial # and/or part # available so the technician can pull needed records from the system.
  3. If possible, have a copy of the error codes you’ve encountered or be able to explain the error you’re encountering.
